While on an Archaeology dig in Turkey in 1924, Dr. Saul Griffin dies under mysterious circumstances shortly after revealing to his nephew, Wyatt, that he has found a treasure trove of valuable mythical artifacts, including the grimoire, the Book of Solomon. Wyatt returns home to Mississippi only to find that his lifelong friend, Ivy, has discovered the skeleton of a recent murder victim buried in her garden. When the skeleton is identified as the colleague of Wyatt's dead uncle, he suspects the deaths are related, and that his uncle was murdered for his priceless discoveries.
